With this integration, you don't need to be logged into the czater panel to reply to customers. To connect your czater and slack accounts, go to your account settings:
then click on the "Configure" button in the Slack section.
Activate the integration with the toggle at the top and then press the Slack logo button to authorize. Accept the granting of the required permissions we need to send and receive messages. When a customer writes to you, a new channel with the customer's message will appear on your Slack account. After entering the channel and replying to the customer, the conversation will be automatically received and the message will be sent to the customer.
You can now continue writing to each other on Slack, and the conversation will be saved to your Czater account. When the conversation is over, the channel will disappear from Slack but will not be permanently deleted.
